At RingConn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart ring experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your device within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Device
Place the RingConn smart ring, charging case, and USB cable back into the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement ring within 5 to 7 business days.
